There are 3,261 homes that are included in the Lake Bonavista Homeowners Association. Each of these homes have an encumbrance on the property, and that encumbrance enables the association to collect annual fees. Fees are mandatory for all of those homes and are due June 30th of each year.
The annual fee of $341.25 (including of GST) may be paid by CASH, CHEQUE, DEBIT (in office), etransfer, or credit card (online only).
