NOTICE TO MEMBERS - 2025 AGM INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES

Dear Member(s),

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication and reduce mailing costs, we are providing this notice in advance of the LBHA 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Save the Dates – 2025 AGM
 

The 2025 AGM is currently scheduled for the following dates:

• Thursday, October 16, 2025
• Thursday, October 23, 2025
   

Please mark your calendar. Final confirmation of the meeting date, time, and venue, along with all relevant documentation will be shared closer to the event.

Communication Preferences – AGM Package

Our Articles of Association currently provide that members are to receive AGM materials by direct mail. However, to support cost savings and communication efficiency, we strongly encourage members to receive their AGM package by email.

• If you prefer to receive a physical copy of the AGM package by direct mail, please OPT OUT of email delivery by contacting our office at LBHA@LKBONAVISTA.CA by September 1, 2025. 
• Members who DO NOT OPT OUT will receive their AGM package digitally via email.

Please Note

• If there is NO email address presently listed on your account, you will automatically receive the AGM package via direct mail.
• If you DO have an email with us, we encourage you to verify it with the lake office to ensure successful delivery of your digital AGM package to your inbox.
