The Lake Bonavista Homeowners Association (LBHA) Ltd. facilities are for the exclusive use of Lake Bonavista residents members and their guests. It is our intent to maximize the safe enjoyment of these facilities by all Members. The following rules and regulations have been established, and the LBHA reserves the right to modify without notice as necessary. These rules apply to Members and their guests. We ask that all Member familiarize themselves (and their guests) with the rules of LBHA.

Household Guest Limit
- 10 TOTAL guests per household per day!
Membership Guest Limits
- Land title holders/Homeowners may bring in up to 10 guests per day
- Junior members over 21 may bring in up to 5 guests per day
- Juniors members under 21 may bring in up to 3 guests per day.
- Guest-in-Residence may bring in up to 2 guests per day.
Rules
- The total combined number of guests shall not exceed the household limit of 10 per day!
- Members without the "App" MUST be at the gate to sign guests in upon arrival!
- Member pre-checked in guests via the app may enter by telling the guard the name or address of the member.
- All members MUST remain in the park with guests and are responsible for them at all times!

- Pets are not permitted on LBHA property. This includes pets of lakeshore property owners! Please keep all pets out of the lake water and off the ice!
- Service guide and emotional support dogs are permitted but must be kept on leash at all times! In addition, these animals must have appropriate documentation and training, and must wear their service identification (vest, tag, etc.,) on at all times!
No Bikes

Bikes
- Bikes are not permitted to be ridden in the park!
- You may lock your bike to the bike racks located in the park next to each security gate, but we ask the you exit your bike upon check-in and walk it to the bike racks.
Rollerblades, Scooters & Skateboards
- Rollerblades, scooters and skateboards are ONLY permitted on the cement rink located next to the main building.
