Memberships

• New residents who qualify for membership must apply at the lake office. 
• They MUST also provide a copy of the updated land title along with government issued photo ID.

Lake Fees

• Accounts must be in good standing for any new memberships to be issued.
• Generally, when a home is purchased, lawyers may obtain reimbursement from the buyer on a pro-rated basis, or the seller may pass on the remaining portion of fees as a goodwill gesture. 
• The LBHA only collects fees and has no involvement in the above process. Please follow up with lawyers regarding any dispute over outstanding fees.

Memberships

• The LBHA is not automatically notified of land title changes. 
• It is the responsibility of members moving to another qualifying address to update the lake office. 
• A copy of the new land title is required before an existing membership address change will be made!
• If buyers of the existing property apply for membership first, the sellers will be archived off of the account. Sellers will then need to update their account information to obtain new memberships and regain access to the park.
