- Introducing the "Associate Membership", for those living in the home who do not meet traditional memership eligibility requirements i.e. roommates, live in nannies, grandchildren, and nieces/nephews etc.
- Please Note* Secondary Suites do NOT qualify for Associate Membership(s)*
- Associate Memberships will cost $100 per year and will be reviewed and renewed annually!
- There is a limit of 3 Associate memberships per household!
- Homeowners must approve any Associate Membership requests!
- Applicants MUST prove they reside at the address with government issued photo ID!
- Homeowners are ultimately responsible for any Associate Membership violations in accordance with LBHA's rules and regulations!
- Associate Members are permitted 2 guests per day! These guests will count toward the total household limit of 10 guests per day!
Why are we doing this and why now?
Over the past several years, particularly during the pandemic, it has become apparent that the LBHA membership rules do not adequately reflect the vast array of community living arrangements.
Why this way?
This initiative is intended to foster a greater sense of community for those who reside in the community but do not qualify for membership under the current traditional definitions.
