PARK BOOKINGS CALENDAR
- The Park Bookings Calendar shows all currently scheduled Main Park, Niven Area, & Bonavista Room bookings.
- Only two (2) Niven, and two (2) Main Park booking per day!
- Please note* "South" and "North" simply refers to the check-in gate selected by the booking member. There are NOT North and South main park and Niven bookings available!
- Remaining availability is based around scheduled bookings & current hours of operation.
- Booking requests may be submitted up to a maximum of two months in advance and no later than 72 hours prior!
- Only Senior Members/Homeowners may request group bookings!
- Please note* We require one hour between Bonavista Room bookings and two hours between Niven area bookings to clean and prepare for the next event!

FYI - Bookings showing as booked greater than two months in advance reflect internal & program bookings. Private groups must adhere to the advance request maximum of two months!
Group Booking Options
Bonavista Room - Up to 50 People
$50.00 per hour, plus GST
- Bonavista Room bookings take place in the private room located inside the main building.
- Booking times are based on current park hours and may go no later than one hour prior to current park closing hours.
- FYI, the Bonavista room is only available between 9am and 4pm during the month of November.
- Please note* We require one hour between Bonavista Room bookings to clean and prepare for the next event!

Niven Area - Up to 50 People
50.00 per timeslot, plus gst
- Niven Area group bookings take place in the private outdoor area located behind the Lakehouse.
- Multiple bookings per day are available but a two hour window between daily bookings is required for clean up and general maintenance.
- This space is only available April - October.

Main Park - Up to 25 People
Free of charge
- Main Park group bookings including photography sessions, take place anywhere in the Main Park.
- Two bookings are available per day.
