ICE & SKATING SURFACES

Lake Bonavista boasts a variety of skating surfaces:

Upper Rink, Falls Rink, West Hockey Rink, East Hockey Rink, Lake Perimeter Path

• The Upper Rink is typically the first park skating surface to open!
• Lake Ice generally opens soon after to foot traffic and ice fishing once the ice has reached a minimum of 6 inches thick!
• Lake Rinks and the Perimeter Path will open when our team can safely navigate, groom, and maintain these surfaces!

For your comfort and convenience, the Lake House offers a heated indoor area to prepare for icy excursions! 

Outdoor prep spaces are also available!

• Common areas not monitored! Please do not leave personal items unattended!
• Lockers are available, but members are required to bring their own lock(s)!
