POTENTIAL POSTAL STRIKE - May 2025
With the potential for a postal strike commencing May 2025, we strongly encourage members to provide us with an email address to help ensure you receive your annual fee invoice and other important LBHA communications. Click here to submit your information or to confirm what is on file.
2025 - 2026 Annual Fees are $409.50 (incl GST) and are due June 30, 2025.
Invoices will be issued to members digitally and/or physically as follows:

A $15.00 charge will be added to NSF cheques and interest will be charged on outstanding balances at 18% per annum.

Invoices are available at the end of May/early June and are emailed digitally and/or direct mailed to members.
If you have not received your invoice by mid-June, please contact us.
All homes in Lake Bonavista pay the same fee amount. Lake fees are an encumbrance reflected on your land title and are mandatory whether you use the LBHA premises or not.
When you sell your home your lawyer may obtain reimbursement from the buyer on a pro-rated basis, or you may pass on the remaining portion of your fees as a goodwill gesture.
If you are moving to another home in the community, fees will again be due as they are not transferred from between properties.
