2023 - 2024 Fees are $358.31 (incl GST)

Fees are due June 30, 2023

Payment can be made online by:

e-transfer (email lbha@lkbonavista.ca and include your address in the comments)
Please use your four digit account number as the security answer. If your bank requires more than four digits, add a zero(s) to the end
Please allow up to two business days for e-transfers to be processed

Invoices are available at the end of May, and we email and post the invoices to all of our members.

If you haven't received your invoice by mid-June, contact us and we will send it over.

All homes in Lake Bonavista pay the same amount. Lake fees are an encumbrance on your property (which can be seen on your land title).

They are mandatory, whether you use the Lake or not. But of course, you will use the lake. It's one of the best parts of living in Lake Bonavista.
