2024 - 2025 Invoices

2024 - 2025 Annual Fees are $367.50 (incl GST) and are due June 30, 2024.


Invoices will be issued to members digitally or physically as follows:


  • Digital invoices will be emailed to members on May 21, 2024, IF they have a valid email registered with the LBHA. 
  • Physical invoices will be direct mailed to remaining members the week of June 3, 2024.


Cash, Cheque, and Debit Payments:

  • Cash, cheque, and debit payment methods are available to members at the lake office effective May 21, 2024.
  • Cheques may also be direct mailed to 757 Lake Bonavista Drive SE, T2J 0N2
  • Please make cheques payable to Lake Bonavista Homeowners Association Ltd.


E-transfer Payments:

  • E-transfer is available to members as of May 21, 2024
  • Email transfers to lbha@lkbonavista.ca
  • Include your home address in the comments.
  • Use your 4-digit account number as the answer to the security question. Your account # can be found on the top left and bottom right of your invoice.
  • If your bank requires more than 4-digits for security question answers, add two zeros to the end of your account #
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for e-transfers to be processed.


Credit Card

  • Paying by credit card is available online only June 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024
  • The payment link will be posted to this page June 1st!
  • Please note* all credit card payments will have a 3% convenience charge applied.

Restricted Access


  • All members associated with unpaid fees will have their card set to "locked" status effective July 16th which will restrict access to the park.
  • Any members set to "locked" status and attempting to enter the park will have their cards retained by security until annual fees are paid.
  • Cards will be unlocked and returned to members when accounts are in good standing again.


Overdue Notices and Interest

  • Overdue notices are issued every three months, the first being in October.
  • Accounts remaining overdue as of October start to accrue interest.
  • Accounts that remain unpaid after the final notice deadline will be forwarded to collections. 
  • Interest and legal fees will be applied to accounts in collection status.
  • Accounts in collection status can no longer make payments for overdue fees at the lake office. Payment arrangements must be made with the lawyer handling the account!
  • Accounts in collection status can also not make payments at the lake office for "current" fees until the account is in good standing again.

Invoices are available at the end of May/early June and are emailed digitally and/or direct mailed to members. 


If you have not received your invoice by mid-June, please contact us.


All homes in Lake Bonavista pay the same fee amount. Lake fees are an encumbrance reflected on your land title and are mandatory whether you use the LBHA premises or not.

When you sell your home your lawyer may obtain reimbursement from the buyer on a pro-rated basis, or you may pass on the remaining portion of your fees as a goodwill gesture. 


If you are moving to another home in the community, fees will again be due as they are not transferred from between properties.
